Listen to your file by left clicking on the "listen" link. You will see an option for opening your file with your Media Player or the option "Save File". Choose the "Open with" option and your Media Player should begin playing the file.

Download the file for listening later by right clicking on the "listen" link. Choose the "Save Link As" option from the drop down menu that appears.
